About the Practice

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventative, diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for small animal patients

  • Perform routine wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning

  • Deliver high-quality dentistry and soft tissue surgical procedures

  • Utilise in-house diagnostic tools and imaging systems

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive clinical team culture

  • Support low-stress handling techniques and patient-centred care practices

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent qualification

  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Maine

  • Open to experienced veterinarians and confident clinicians (new graduates considered depending on fit)

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • Interest in small animal general practice and preventative medicine

  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach
