Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Deliver preventive care and client education tailored to each patient
Carry out routine and complex surgical procedures, including spays/neuters and soft tissue surgeries
Perform dental procedures, including radiographic evaluation and extractions
Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation
Collaborate with veterinary teams to ensure continuity of care and excellent patient outcomes
Participate in clinical discussions, case rounds, and team development
Candidate Profile
Qualified Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
Licensed or eligible to practice in Montana
DEA license (or ability to obtain) and relevant controlled substance certification
USDA accreditation (or willingness to obtain within required timeframe)
Comfortable performing routine surgeries, anesthesia, and dentistry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a commitment to high clinical standards and continuous improvement
Open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians
