Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + Monthly Production Bonus (No Negative Accrual)

Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals and exotic species
Performing wellness examinations and preventative healthcare
Diagnosing and treating a wide variety of medical conditions
Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients
Educating clients on preventative healthcare and treatment options
Building long-term relationships with clients and their pets
Collaborating with veterinary nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Promoting a positive and collaborative hospital culture
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
Active Texas veterinary licence or eligibility to obtain licensure
A commitment to practising high-quality veterinary medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
Interest in companion animal medicine, with enthusiasm for treating exotic species considered an advantage
