Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventative, medical, and surgical care for companion animals and exotics
Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions using advanced diagnostic equipment
Perform surgical procedures and develop treatment plans
Deliver high-quality client communication and education
Collaborate with a skilled support team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Participate in ongoing learning, mentorship, and professional development
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible to practice in Vermont
Interest or experience in exotics and/or surgery preferred
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Positive attitude with enthusiasm for team culture and mentorship
Open to new graduates and experienced veterinarians
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive base salary (ranging from $170,000 to $190,000) + production bonus (guaranteed in year one)
