Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals
Performing wellness examinations and preventative healthcare
Diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions
Developing treatment plans tailored to each patient
Educating clients and clearly communicating diagnostic findings and recommendations
Building long-term relationships with clients and their pets
Collaborating closely with veterinary nurses and support staff
Contributing to a positive, team-focused hospital culture
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
Active Texas veterinary licence or eligibility to obtain one
A commitment to practising high-quality veterinary medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
