Compensation: Competitive base salary with production bonuses (ranging from $140,000 to $160,000)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive preventative, medical, and surgical care for small animal patients

  • Perform examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up care

  • Conduct routine surgical procedures and support ongoing patient management

  • Educate pet owners on preventative healthcare, treatment options, and wellness plans

  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high clinical standards

  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes

  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centred on compassionate care

Candidate Profile

  • DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school

  • Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state

  • Strong diagnostic and general surgery skills

  • Emergency care experience is advantageous but not required

  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities

  • Passion for animal welfare and high-quality veterinary medicine

  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
