Compensation: Competitive base salary with production bonuses (ranging from $140,000 to $160,000)

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventative, medical, and surgical care for small animal patients
Perform examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Conduct routine surgical procedures and support ongoing patient management
Educate pet owners on preventative healthcare, treatment options, and wellness plans
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high clinical standards
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centred on compassionate care
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state
Strong diagnostic and general surgery skills
Emergency care experience is advantageous but not required
Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
Passion for animal welfare and high-quality veterinary medicine
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
