Associate Veterinarian – Flexible Schedule | Western North Carolina
Location: Hickory
Schedule: Full Time | Small Animal | Limited/No Emergency Duty
Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 base, plus production bonuses (DOE)

About the Practice
An established small animal veterinary hospital in Western North Carolina is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its compassionate and team-oriented environment. The practice is known for delivering high-quality, relationship-based care with a strong emphasis on client communication and patient comfort.
The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic tools, including digital imaging and in-house lab capabilities, and offers a full range of services from preventative care to surgery and dentistry.

Candidate Requirements
DVM or VMD degree
Eligible for veterinary licensure in North Carolina
Strong communication and teamwork skills
