Associate Veterinarian – Independent Practice | Western Pennsylvania
Location: Greater Indiana County Area
Schedule: Full Time – 4 days per week (40 hours)
Weekends: Rotating Saturdays (approx. 1 per month)
Salary:$115,000 – $135,000 base, plus production (DOE)

About the Practice
An established independently owned small animal hospital in Western Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team. The practice has a strong reputation in the community for compassionate, relationship-based care and a loyal client base.
The hospital provides a broad range of services, including preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry, supported by modern diagnostic capabilities and in-house lab equipment.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team in a supportive, low-drama environment that values quality medicine and strong client communication.
The Role
Wellness and preventative care appointments
Medical case workups and diagnostics
Routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry
Client communication and education
Collaboration with veterinary and support staff
Candidate Requirements
DVM or VMD degree
Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
Experience in general practice preferred
Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
