Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 base salary + production bonus

Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive veterinary care for small animal patients
Performing wellness examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and preventative care
Managing surgical and dental procedures
Supporting urgent care and internal medicine cases
Communicating effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and patient wellbeing
Collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff
Maintaining high standards of patient care and medical excellence
Building long-term relationships with clients and their pets
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
A DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification
Active Texas veterinary licence or eligibility to obtain one
A passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a positive workplace culture
