Compensation: Competitive base salary plus production bonus (ranging from $140,000 to $160,000)

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive small animal wellness and preventative care services
Perform diagnostics and develop treatment plans for a variety of medical cases
Conduct routine surgical procedures and patient follow-up care
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and education
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high clinical standards
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state
Eligible to obtain a controlled substance license
Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and client communication
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Interest in continuing education and clinical growth
