About the Practice

Clinics are designed to create a welcoming, low-stress environment for both patients and clients, supported by in-house technology systems that continuously improve workflow efficiency and clinical outcomes.
A strong emphasis is placed on professional sustainability, collaboration, and clinician wellbeing. Veterinary teams are supported by remote nursing and administrative staff to assist with triage, callbacks, and day-to-day clinical workload.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality small animal veterinary care in both primary and urgent care settings
Conduct consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Work collaboratively with nursing and remote support teams to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of medical documentation
Support clients through clear, compassionate communication, including difficult conversations
Participate in clinical development, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities
Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinical culture
About You
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
Eligible for or holding active state licensure in good standing
Suitable for both new graduate veterinarian roles and experienced veterinary surgeons
Strong communication skills with a collaborative and professional approach
Ability to multitask effectively with integrity and accountability
Passionate about delivering high-quality, modern veterinary care
Open to continuous learning and professional development
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling (up to 16 shifts per 4-week period)
No overnight shifts and no overnight hospitalisations
