Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality small animal veterinary care in both primary and urgent care settings

  • Conduct consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up care

  • Work collaboratively with nursing and remote support teams to ensure efficient patient flow

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of medical documentation

  • Support clients through clear, compassionate communication, including difficult conversations

  • Participate in clinical development, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities

  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinical culture

About You

  • Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (DVM/VMD or equivalent)

  • Eligible for or holding active state licensure in good standing

  • Suitable for both new graduate veterinarian roles and experienced veterinary surgeons

  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative and professional approach

  • Ability to multitask effectively with integrity and accountability

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, modern veterinary care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 depending on experience

  • Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling (up to 16 shifts per 4-week period)
