Associate Veterinarian – Suburban Philadelphia | Established Small Animal Practice
Location: Montgomery County, PA (Philadelphia Suburbs)
Schedule: Full Time – 4 days per week (40 hours)
Weekends: Rotating Saturdays (limited)
Salary:$125,000 – $150,000 base, plus production (DOE)

An established small animal veterinary hospital in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and client-focused team. The practice has built a strong reputation for compassionate, relationship-based care and maintains a loyal, long-standing client base.
The hospital offers a full range of general practice services, including preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry, supported by modern diagnostic equipment and in-house lab capabilities.

The Role
Wellness and preventative care appointments
Medical case workups and diagnostics
Routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry
Client education and relationship building
Collaboration with an experienced veterinary and support team
Candidate Requirements
DVM or VMD degree
Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
Experience in general practice preferred (mentorship available)
Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
