Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Schedule: Part-time (2-day workweek + rotating Saturdays)
Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000 salary (rated at full-time hours) + production bonuses

This modern, newly built facility is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory capabilities, enabling efficient and high-quality diagnostics and treatment.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality wellness, diagnostic, and surgical care to small animal patients.
Conduct 30-minute consultations, ensuring thorough and client-focused care.
Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures and dentistry.
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain a positive and supportive culture.
Contribute to the development and growth of a newly established hospital.
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an accredited university.
Active Tennessee veterinary license.
2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong skills in surgery and dentistry.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and excited to be part of a growing clinic.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
