Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animal patients across all life stages.
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, and routine surgical procedures.
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education.
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Uphold high ethical and medical standards within the practice.
Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD from an accredited institution.
Active (or eligible) Delaware veterinary license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine.
Open to both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates seeking mentorship and growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with production bonuses (salary ranging from $155,000 to $175,000)
