Responsibilities
Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, and preventive care for companion animals
Develop diagnostic and treatment plans using a problem-based medical approach
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures, including spays/neuters and mass removals
Perform dental procedures, including radiograph interpretation and extractions
Manage hospitalized patients and coordinate continuity of care when needed
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Collaborate closely with hospital leadership, veterinarians, and support staff
Provide exceptional client communication and education
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license or eligibility to practice in Nebraska
Current DEA license or ability to obtain
Comfortable performing routine surgical and dental procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
