About the Practice
This is a well-established small animal hospital operating from a modern, thoughtfully designed facility, equipped to support both routine and advanced veterinary care.
The practice features multiple exam rooms, including a dedicated space for end-of-life care, a fully equipped surgical suite, and ample treatment and kennel space.
Veterinarians are supported by a highly trained, team-oriented staff, with access to advanced tools including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, and modern dental and surgical systems.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality small animal medical and surgical care
Perform diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures
Build strong client relationships through education and communication
Collaborate closely with a skilled veterinary and support team
Contribute to a positive and team-focused hospital culture
For Chief of Staff / Leadership Focus:
Help guide clinical protocols and medical standards
Support and mentor veterinary team members
Partner with management to enhance workflows and patient outcomes
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
Eligible for or holding a Kansas veterinary license
Open to new graduates and experienced veterinarians
Interest in small animal medicine and surgery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
For leadership candidates: confidence in case management and surgical procedures (2+ years preferred but not required)
A collaborative mindset with a passion for high-quality care and team development
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (dependent on experience) (ranging from $140k – $185k)
