Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Weekends: No weekends
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 expected earnings

Description: Seeking an Associate Veterinarian / DVM to join a privately owned, fast-growing small animal veterinary practice in Panama City, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian or new graduate veterinarian looking for a supportive team, structured mentorship and long-term career growth.
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality small animal veterinary care, including medical, surgical and dental services, wellness and preventive care, client education and treatment planning. New graduates will benefit from structured mentorship and gradual caseload progression, while experienced DVMs will have opportunities to develop leadership and practice management skills and contribute to the continued growth of the hospital.
