Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality small animal medical and surgical care

  • Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning

  • Develop and grow surgical and dental skills

  • Collaborate closely with a skilled veterinary and support team

  • Communicate clearly with clients to build lasting relationships

  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent degree

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota

  • Interest in small animal medicine, dentistry, and surgery

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 USD (commensurate with experience)

  • Monthly production bonus with no negative accrual

  • Sign-on bonus available

Schedule Highlights

  • Part-time: 2 days per week

  • Clinic hours: 7:30am – 6:00pm

  • Rotating Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
