Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)
No evenings, no weekends, no on-call
Salary: Around $150,000+ PROSAL (DOE)
Bonus Potential: Production-based earnings (no negative accrual)

Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for small animal patients while contributing to a collaborative and high-standard clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
Performing wellness and preventive care examinations
Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in dogs and cats
Developing personalised treatment plans for patients
Performing routine surgical and dental procedures
Communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
Supporting continuity of care for long-term clients and patients
Collaborating with veterinary and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
Participating in mentorship, training, and professional development where applicable
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, team-oriented veterinarian who values clinical excellence and long-term patient relationships.
Qualifications include:
DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
Active or eligible California veterinary licensure in good standing
DEA licence or eligibility to obtain
Strong surgical and medical clinical skills
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine
Interest in mentorship, leadership, or professional development
Both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates with strong clinical foundations are encouraged to apply.
