Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday schedule
Hours: 4 x 10-hour shifts available
No Weekends or On-Call
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000+ production DOE

Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical and surgical care while contributing to a collaborative and supportive hospital culture.
Responsibilities include:
Performing wellness and sick patient examinations
Diagnosing and treating medical conditions
Developing treatment and preventive care plans
Performing surgical and dental procedures
Communicating effectively with clients regarding diagnostics and treatment options
Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
Collaborating with veterinary and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Supporting a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
Participating in mentorship and professional development opportunities where appropriate
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and team-oriented veterinarian committed to high clinical standards and exceptional client service.
Qualifications include:
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for companion animal medicine and surgery
Interest in collaborative medicine and mentorship
Commitment to providing high-quality, low-stress patient care
