Location: San Jose, California
Schedule: Full-Time | 4 x 10-hour shifts
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000+ DOE with production

The hospital is fully equipped to support advanced small animal medicine and surgery, including:
Digital radiography
Dental radiography
Mindray ultrasound
Full in-house diagnostics
Dedicated surgery suite

The practice sees a balanced caseload consisting of approximately 60% dogs and 40% cats, offering a diverse mix of:
Preventive care
Internal medicine
Dentistry
Soft tissue surgery

Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities include:
Performing wellness and sick patient examinations
Diagnosing and treating medical conditions
Developing preventive care and treatment plans
Performing routine surgical and dental procedures
Communicating effectively with clients regarding diagnostics and treatment options
Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
Collaborating closely with veterinary and support staff
Supporting high clinical standards and excellent patient care
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate veterinarian who values teamwork, quality medicine, and strong client communication.
Qualifications include:
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
