Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday coverage
Hours: Mon–Fri 7:30am–6:00pm | Sat 7:30am–3:00pm
Salary: Around $150,000+ PROSAL (DOE)
Bonus Structure: Production-based compensation with no negative accrual

Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care while contributing to a collaborative and high-standard clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing wellness and preventive care examinations
Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in companion animals
Developing tailored treatment plans for patients
Performing routine surgical and dental procedures
Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients
Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
Supporting continuity of care for long-term patients
Collaborating closely with veterinary and support staff
Participating in mentorship and professional development activities where applicable
Candidate Profile

Qualifications include:
DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
Active or eligible California veterinary licensure in good standing
DEA licence or eligibility to obtain
