Compensation: Competitive base salary with production bonuses (ranging from $140,000 to $160,000)

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care for small animal patients
Perform diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and manage a diverse caseload
Educate pet owners on wellness, preventative medicine, and treatment recommendations
Collaborate closely with veterinary colleagues and support staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Support team development through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and operational excellence
Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, communication, and continuous learning
Help drive practice growth and enhance the overall client and patient experience
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state
Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Collaborative and supportive leadership style
Interest in mentoring team members and contributing to practice development
Medical Director experience is welcomed but not required
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
