Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality small animal veterinary care in both primary and urgent care settings
Manage consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Work collaboratively with nursing and remote support teams to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Communicate effectively with clients, including managing complex or sensitive discussions
Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical standards and workflows
Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
About You
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a veterinarian
Eligible for or holding active state licensure in good standing
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to veterinary practice
Ability to multitask with professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient and client care
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $160,000 – $187,000 depending on experience
Full-time and part-time flexible working models available
No overnight shifts and no overnight hospitalisations
