Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive veterinary care including wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and preventive medicine

  • Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and education

  • Collaborate with a supportive team of technicians, assistants, and leadership

  • Practice with autonomy while utilizing mentorship and operational support

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and career growth programs

Candidate Profile

  • DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio

  • Passionate about patient care and client relationships

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to a positive, supportive culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000 + production bonus
