Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive veterinary care including wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and preventive medicine
Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and education
Collaborate with a supportive team of technicians, assistants, and leadership
Practice with autonomy while utilizing mentorship and operational support
Participate in ongoing professional development and career growth programs
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
Passionate about patient care and client relationships
Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to a positive, supportive culture
Open to mentorship, continuous learning, and professional growth

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000 + production bonus
