Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (serving Worcester, Holden & Leicester areas)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (No weekend hours)
Compensation: Competitive base salary with production bonus and no negative accrual

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive wellness and preventative care
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in small and exotic animals
Perform routine surgical and dental procedures
Conduct diagnostic testing and interpret results
Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and clinical team members
Participate in case discussions and clinical planning
Support hospital standards for patient care and client service excellence
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
Active Massachusetts veterinary license or eligibility prior to start date
Active DEA license or eligibility
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills
Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
A collaborative and team-focused approach to veterinary medicine
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Interest in long-term professional growth within a supportive environment
