This is an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital with a growing team of experienced veterinarians and highly skilled support staff. The practice operates from a modern, purpose-built facility featuring multiple exam rooms and dedicated surgical suites designed for advanced procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of advanced surgical procedures, including orthopedic, neurologic, and complex soft tissue surgeries

  • Develop and grow surgical services within the practice

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care

  • Provide clear communication and education to clients regarding surgical options and outcomes

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and mentor colleagues where appropriate

  • Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety

Candidate Profile

  • Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon (DACVS or equivalent), or residency-trained

  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Montana

  • Strong interest in advanced surgical procedures and case development

  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care

  • Interest in contributing to the growth and development of surgical services

Compensation & Benefits
