This is an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital with a growing team of experienced veterinarians and highly skilled support staff. The practice operates from a modern, purpose-built facility featuring multiple exam rooms and dedicated surgical suites designed for advanced procedures.

Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of advanced surgical procedures, including orthopedic, neurologic, and complex soft tissue surgeries
Develop and grow surgical services within the practice
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care
Provide clear communication and education to clients regarding surgical options and outcomes
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and mentor colleagues where appropriate
Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety
Candidate Profile
Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon (DACVS or equivalent), or residency-trained
Licensed or eligible to practice in Montana
Strong interest in advanced surgical procedures and case development
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
Interest in contributing to the growth and development of surgical services
Compensation & Benefits
ProSal compensation with generous base salary + quarterly production bonuses (no negative accrual) (ranging from $215k to $235k)
