Diagnostic ultrasound, including AFAST
Digital radiography
Full in-house laboratory suite
Multiple consultation rooms
Advanced surgical capabilities including soft tissue surgery, BOAS procedures, dentistry, cystotomies, and enucleations

Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering high-quality veterinary care and clinical excellence
Mentor, coach, and support veterinarians and support staff
Oversee and improve medical protocols and clinical standards
Promote preventive care and strong client education
Collaborate with hospital leadership on business strategy and operational success
Build and develop a strong personal case and client base
Foster a positive, transparent, and growth-focused team culture
Candidate Profile
Qualified Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
Licensed or eligible to practice in California
Minimum 4+ years of clinical veterinary experience
Previous mentorship or leadership experience preferred
Strong skills in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and ultrasound
Confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentorship and practice growth
Interest in building a long-term impact within a community-focused hospital
