About the Role
An excellent opportunity is available for a Consulting-Only Veterinary Surgeon in Cleobury Mortimer, ideal for a clinician who particularly enjoys consulting, client communication and working through interesting medical cases.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 39 hours across four days, with a shared 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota and no out-of-hours requirements.
The position is focused on consulting and medical case management, allowing the successful Veterinary Surgeon to concentrate on the aspects of first opinion practice they enjoy most, without a surgical or OOH commitment.

Responsibilities
Conduct first opinion veterinary consultations.
Manage a varied medical caseload.
Perform appropriate diagnostic investigations.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide clear and compassionate advice to clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with pet owners.
Work collaboratively with Veterinary Nurses and the wider practice team.
Maintain accurate clinical records and high standards of patient care.
Contribute to clinical discussions and continuous improvement.
Support colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring where appropriate.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Consulting-Only Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys client interaction, clinical investigation and medical case management.
