About the Practice

This brand-new emergency and specialty veterinary hospital in Austin, Texas is designed to provide advanced veterinary care through a multidisciplinary approach.

The modern facility will include:

  • Dedicated emergency department

  • Dedicated intensive care unit (ICU)

  • 64-slice in-house CT scanner

  • Three surgical suites

  • Internal medicine procedures room

  • Endoscopy capabilities

  • Advanced isolation wards for respiratory, gastrointestinal, and infectious disease cases

Planned specialty services include Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, and Surgery.

The hospital will provide veterinarians with access to advanced equipment, experienced support teams, and development opportunities through clinical training, leadership programmes, research opportunities, and teaching initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency and critical care medicine for companion animals

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage complex urgent and critical cases

  • Develop treatment plans and communicate effectively with clients

  • Collaborate with emergency clinicians, specialists, veterinary nurses, and support teams

  • Utilise advanced diagnostics and treatment options to support exceptional patient outcomes

Candidate Profile
