Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 base salary plus production (average earnings approx. $300,000/year)

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate assessment and treatment of emergency and critical care patients

  • Perform diagnostic evaluations including physical examinations, imaging, bloodwork, and biopsies

  • Perform emergency surgical procedures, including soft tissue surgery

  • Conduct endoscopic procedures where appropriate

  • Communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to pet owners

  • Prepare and review treatment estimates with clients

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

  • Deliver aftercare instructions and preventative health advice
