About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon in East Grinstead, West Sussex, offering up to £80,000 DOE plus a £5,000 welcome bonus or relocation support.

About the Practice
The practice is newly established and purpose-built, providing a modern clinical environment designed around high-quality patient care and an excellent experience for both clients and the veterinary team.
Experienced Veterinary Surgeons will have genuine scope to influence how the practice operates, helping to establish clinical standards, processes and team culture.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality first-opinion veterinary care across medical and surgical cases.
Conduct thorough consultations, examinations and diagnostic investigations.
Develop appropriate treatment and management plans.
Perform routine surgical procedures confidently and safely.
Make independent clinical decisions using sound professional judgement.
Maintain high standards of patient welfare and client care.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to team culture.
Help shape clinical processes and ways of working within the new practice.
Support the development of a strong, collaborative veterinary team.
Contribute ideas and expertise as the practice grows.
Candidate Profile
This position is suited to an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who wants more than simply following an established rota or set of processes.
The ideal candidate will be:
RCVS registered with strong first-opinion experience.
Confident across both medicine and surgery.
Comfortable working independently and making well-considered clinical decisions.
Interested in influencing clinical standards and developing ways of working.

Committed to delivering excellent patient and client care.
Keen to contribute to the development of a new veterinary practice.
