The hospital is designed to be built from the ground up under the leadership of a Founding Partner Veterinarian, with full operational and strategic support provided by a nationwide organisation.

Responsibilities
Lead the establishment of a new veterinary hospital culture and clinical standards
Recruit, mentor, and develop veterinarians and paraprofessional staff
Oversee all aspects of general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
Ensure delivery of high-quality, consistent patient care
Develop and implement hospital protocols and workflows
Partner with hospital management on financial performance and growth strategy
Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship development
Support business planning and operational decision-making
Foster a collaborative, high-performing clinical team environment
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced veterinarian with strong leadership ability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
They will have:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
Active veterinary licensure in good standing
4+ years of clinical experience in small animal practice
Strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
Proven or developing leadership/management experience
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Entrepreneurial drive and interest in hospital ownership
Ability to mentor and develop clinical teams effectively
A collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style
