Responsibilities

As Hospital Medical Leader, responsibilities will include:

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

  • Active veterinary licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in Massachusetts

  • 1+ years of clinical veterinary experience

  • Strong surgical and dentistry skills

  • Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • A collaborative and supportive leadership style
