Responsibilities
Hospital Medical Leader
Lead and maintain exceptional clinical standards
Mentor and support veterinary colleagues
Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
Partner with operational leadership to support hospital performance
Review hospital performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Deliver outstanding patient care and client experiences
Associate Veterinarian
Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnostics
Diagnose and treat companion animal medical conditions
Develop personalised treatment plans
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures
Educate clients on preventative healthcare and treatment options
Maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff
Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets

Requirements include:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
