Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional small animal veterinary care while maintaining the highest standards of medicine.

  • Perform comprehensive consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures.

  • Support continuous improvement in clinical standards, workflows, and patient outcomes.

  • Review hospital performance metrics and contribute to strategic improvements where appropriate.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

  • A valid veterinary licence and the ability to practise in Michigan.

  • Significant experience in small animal veterinary medicine.

  • Strong clinical skills and confidence managing complex cases.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • A passion for mentoring colleagues and supporting team success.
