Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary and urgent veterinary care
Lead by example in clinical standards, patient care, and client communication
Support and mentor veterinarians and wider clinical team members

Diagnose and manage a varied companion animal caseload
Develop appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans
Perform medical, dental, and surgical procedures within individual clinical competencies
Collaborate with board-certified specialists when managing complex cases
Support the professional development and clinical confidence of colleagues
Work collaboratively with in-clinic and remote support teams
Maintain excellent clinical governance and medical standards
Contribute to operational and clinical improvements within the practice
Help develop an efficient and sustainable working environment for the veterinary team
Candidate Profile
Candidates should hold a DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary medical degree and be licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in New York State.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong clinical judgement alongside the ability to provide effective leadership and support to a veterinary team.
