Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary and urgent veterinary care
Lead by example in clinical standards, patient care, and client communication
Support and mentor veterinarians and wider clinical team members

Diagnose and manage a varied companion animal caseload
Develop appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans
Perform medical, dental, and surgical procedures within individual clinical competencies
Collaborate with board-certified specialists on complex cases

Work effectively with both in-clinic and remote veterinary support teams
Maintain high standards of clinical governance and medical quality
Contribute to improvements in clinical processes and team workflows

Candidate Profile
Candidates should hold a DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary medical degree and be licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in New York State.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong clinical judgement alongside the communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills required to lead and support a veterinary team.
