Responsibilities
Lead and uphold high standards of evidence-based veterinary medicine
Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical guidance to veterinarians and support staff
Balance clinical caseload with leadership and medical oversight responsibilities
Collaborate with practice leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory standards
Candidate Profile
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Veterinarian in North Carolina
Previous leadership experience preferred, though senior clinicians ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (commensurate with experience). Salary ranging from $195,000 to $215,000
