Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a confident and compassionate veterinarian who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and delivering exceptional medicine.

Requirements include:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school

  • Active Connecticut veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in small animal medicine

  • Previous leadership, mentorship, or management experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
