Responsibilities
The Medical Director will:
Deliver high-quality veterinary care, including consultations, surgery, and dentistry

Maintain and elevate clinical standards and protocols

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a confident and experienced veterinarian with strong leadership capabilities.
Requirements include:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in New Hampshire
7+ years of clinical experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience or interest in mentorship and team leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfort with a varied caseload, including complex and urgent cases
Additional experience in surgery or exotics is advantageous but not essential.
