Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals
Lead or support clinical team development and mentor junior veterinarians and staff

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Contribute to practice growth, standards, and clinical leadership initiatives
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible to practice in Maine
Experienced veterinarian with strong clinical capabilities
Previous Medical Director experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
Passionate about patient care, team collaboration, and clinical excellence
Strong communication and client engagement skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + production bonus
