Continue practising as a veterinarian while achieving individual clinical goals
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
Active Oregon veterinary licence or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine
Interest in practice operations and team development
