Responsibilities
The Medical Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for:
Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to associate veterinarians.
Supporting professional development through coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.

Practicing as a veterinarian while achieving individual clinical and production goals.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
A valid veterinary license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in small animal medicine.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
