Digital radiography with specialist interpretation support
Telemetry monitoring
In-house CBC, chemistry, and blood gas analysers

Responsibilities
Provide emergency and critical care services for small animal patients during overnight shifts
Assess, diagnose, stabilise, and treat a wide range of urgent and emergency cases
Perform emergency procedures and interventions as required
Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations effectively to pet owners
Collaborate closely with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Participate in case discussions and contribute to clinical excellence across the hospital
Support a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state
Experience in emergency medicine is preferred
Strong diagnostic, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced emergency environment
Excellent communication and client service skills
Collaborative approach to patient care and teamwork
