Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality urgent care services for canine and feline patients

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of urgent medical conditions and minor injuries

  • Develop personalised treatment plans and communicate recommendations clearly with clients

  • Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care for pets and their owners

  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians, support staff, and leadership teams

  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold excellent clinical standards

  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support practice growth

  • Mentor and support veterinary colleagues where appropriate

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and motivated veterinarian who enjoys urgent care medicine and values teamwork, clinical excellence, and professional development.

Applicants should have:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university

  • An active Florida veterinary licence, or the ability to obtain one

  • A minimum of two years' veterinary experience

  • A current DEA licence and USDA accreditation, or the ability to obtain them upon hire

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • A passion for providing high-quality companion animal medicine

  • A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and supporting colleagues
