Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure day-to-day client files are completed accurately and within deadlines
-
Support and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality output
-
Deliver client work of the highest standards, ensuring statutory and legal compliance
-
Collect and process client documentation efficiently to meet deadlines
-
Handle client queries and requests to foster long-term relationships
-
Record chargeable hours and ensure all billable work is recovered
-
Prepare client paperwork including accounts, tax, PAYE, and VAT for timely submission

Plan own workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Key Requirements
-
ACA/ACCA qualified or actively studying towards qualification
-
Proven experience as an Accounts Senior or similar practice role
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
-
Proficient in cloud accounting software, preferably Xero, and other accounting support software

Passionate about delivering excellent client service
