Key Responsibilities of Private Client Tax Assistant Manager Nottingham
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
- Review self-assessment tax returns and supporting computations
- Identify and deliver tax planning and advisory opportunities
- Ensure all compliance work is delivered accurately and on time
- Mentor and support junior staff, providing training and feedback
- Maintain high levels of client service and technical accuracy
Requirements
- CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience within private client tax in practice
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio independently
- Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and advisory work
- Experience with tax software (e.g. CCH) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
