Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
A dynamic accountancy practice in South West Wales is seeking a Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience (QBE) Accountant to join their team. The firm serves a wide range of clients, from personal clients to large companies, and offers diverse accounting, taxation, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality accounts files for companies, partnerships, and sole traders for partner review

Develop and train junior staff members

Manage your own workload and deadlines efficiently

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels

Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software effectively
Candidate Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)

Recent practice experience essential

Experience preparing accounts for diverse clients

Excellent IT skills and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage advantageous)

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Strong efficiency, attention to detail, and punctuality

Full driving license with daily access to a car
