Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant
Preparation of year-end statutory accounts for a range of clients
Completion of corporation tax and personal tax returns
Production of management accounts and financial reports
Handling VAT returns and compliance work
Managing and developing a portfolio of clients
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Assisting with business development and identifying opportunities
Requirements - Senior Accountant Jobs Telford
Minimum 4 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
ACCA / ACA qualified or qualified by experience
Strong knowledge of accounts production, tax, and VAT
Experience managing client relationships
Excellent communication and organisational skills
